Ludella Lewis is President of Ludella Lewis & Company founded in 1987 and incorporated in 2005 a minority female-owned company with experience in providing accounting, auditing and tax services for business, governmental, quasi-governmental and other not-for-profit organizations.

I possess the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of the firm and make day to day as well as long term decisions on matters of management, policy and operations. I hold the highest officer position of Ludella Lewis & Company. I control the board of directors of Ludella Lewis & Company. I am the only shareholder, the only director and the only officer of Ludella Lewis & Company.

Member: Illinois CPA Society (Audit & Assurance Committee (Senior Level) 5/2001 to 4/30/2012 2nd African American Female to serve on Committee. 1st served from 6/1/97 to 5/31/98 One of the activities of the Committee – Review exposure drafts of propose audit, attestation and quality control standard revisions issued by the AICPA, PCAOB & ARSC and provide timely responses directly to those organizations.); American Institute of Certified Public Accountant; Institute of Internal Auditors;
